Bill Piper gives death date as 1765. However, Robert Baird shows that Phillis was living when James died (his will was proved 19 Sep 1765, according to the Sussex County Will Book B, p64). Phillis and neighbor Henry Ivey were married between late 1765 and mid 1767, as indicated by the Sussex County Deed Book C, p258, also cited by Baird.
